Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Google Health for Claude ("the Software"), an open-source MCP connector. By deploying or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1 · What the Software is

The Software is self-hosted, open-source software that connects your Google Health data to an AI assistant (Claude) for personal, informational use. It is distributed under the terms of its open-source license in the source repository. There is no hosted service, no account, and no fee charged by the authors.

2 · Your responsibilities

3 · Not medical advice

The Software surfaces health and fitness data and enables an AI assistant to discuss it. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about training, health, or medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something produced via the Software.

4 · No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The authors do not warrant that the Software will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Third-party APIs may change or break the Software at any time.

5 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software.

6 · Trademarks

This is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or Anthropic. "Google", "Google Health", "Fitbit", and "Pixel" are trademarks of Google LLC; "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic. They are used here only to describe interoperability.

7 · Changes

These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8 · Contact

Questions can be raised via the project's GitHub issues.
